The Hoa Hoa's The Disraelis

Toronto, Ontario, Canada is primed to emerge as the “next big thing” in independent music. A number of musicians, bands, artists and personalities make Toronto’s underground scene one filled with mayhem and promise and it is the goal of Optical Sounds – Canada’s newest independent record label – to bring this scene to the rest of the world. Established in 2008, Optical Sounds aims to give the wide–ranging Toronto scene a platform to call home.

Going down to Austin and in style. The Disrealis, The Hoa Hoa's, and friends of Optical Sounds ... Planet Creature ... will be showcased at our own anti-SXSW event ... to be combined with indiviual showcases through out the week long event. More info to come

	Together since 2005, The Hoa Hoa’s - Femke Berkhout, Lee Brochu, Calvin Brown and Richie Volume- are influenced by 60’s garage rock, psychedelia, early punk and new wave. Their goal is simple: to acknowledge the masters and build upon the foundation they left behind. More Info
